CR150 - Rehearsal
Created for the 2022 Norwegian National Ballet Summer School.
Using a looped heart beat sample as the framework for the piece, the material is set at 150 bpm. The short, sharp unison motions repeat in sets, allowing the dancers to deepen the movements at pace. At times the choreography and rhythm is split amongst the dancers, mimicking the off rhythms of the heart chambers.
